About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (Oracle DBA) to join a technology-focused team and take responsibility for enterprise-scale Oracle database infrastructures. This is a long-term, permanent role covering the management of business-critical database systems, high-availability architectures, performance optimization and disaster recovery processes. Profile We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related analytical field. Based in Ankara and able to work in a hybrid model (1-2 days in the office per week, remaining days remote). Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (no upper limit on seniority). Good command of English is preferred. Technical Requirements (Must Have) Experience installing, configuring and administering Oracle Database 12c, 19c or 26ai. Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM and Data Guard architectures. Hands-on experience with switchover, failover and disaster recovery processes. Knowledge of MS SQL and PL/SQL. Oracle Grid Infrastructure administration. Experience with PSU/RU patching, version upgrades, migrations and patch processes. Backup, restore and recovery operations with RMAN. Monitoring with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Data migration methods such as Oracle Data Pump and Transportable Tablespace. Active involvement in incident, problem and change management processes, including documentation. Nice to Have Experience with Oracle TDE (Transparent Data Encryption), Wallet/Keystore and security configurations. Operations, monitoring and performance optimization on Oracle Exadata infrastructures. Proactive experience with tablespace, ASM disk group, archive log, FRA and capacity management. Hiring Process The hiring process is planned to be completed by mid to late August. Candidates with a maximum notice period of two weeks will be prioritized. The position is long-term and full-time.
