On behalf of our client, an international coffee company, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative to help strengthen the company's commercial presence in Türkiye. About the Role Are you passionate about sales, building strong customer relationships, and the coffee industry? As a Field Sales Representative , you will play a key role in expanding our client's presence across the Turkish market. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, visiting customers, and representing the brand through product demonstrations, coffee tastings, and promotional activities. Responsibilities Visit existing and prospective customers across Istanbul and other regions of Türkiye. Identify and acquire new customers while developing long-term business relationships. Organize and conduct coffee tastings, product demonstrations, and promotional events. Increase brand awareness through regular field visits and customer engagement. Present the company's products and solutions to potential clients. Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to sales growth. Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales activities. Requirements Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, account management, or business development. Strong knowledge of the Turkish coffee market, coffee industry, or HoReCa sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Willingness to travel frequently within Istanbul and across Türkiye. Valid driver's license is preferred. Good command of English for internal communication.
