E-commerce Growth Manager

Work model: Remote E-commerce Growth Manager (Remote – Türkiye) Reporting to: the client's global HQ team (Russia) Seniority: Mid-level, with the opportunity to grow into a Head of Department role within six months Key Responsibilities Providing customer support through WhatsApp and Trendyol/Hepsiburada, including handling customer inquiries and complaints Managing marketplace reputation, including customer reviews, seller ratings, and technical issues Tracking and analyzing returns and customer claims Coordinating fulfilment operations and inventory levels with third-party logistics providers Managing marketplace accounts on a daily basis and monitoring their overall status and performance Supporting marketing activities, including managing the content calendar, working with influencers and UGC creators, and testing growth hypotheses together with the HQ team Requirements Native Turkish speaker with working proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage Experience working with Turkish marketplaces, particularly Trendyol and Hepsiburada, is a strong advantage Experience in customer support, including both phone and chat support Understanding of e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chains Ability to work independently with a remote HQ team operating on Moscow time
